Unresponsive Client- still owes me funds for work completed 1.5 months ago

I had a full time contract with a client since November 28, 2016 for maximum of 40 hours per week.

My payment was reversed (refunded) to the client on April 11, 2017 due to insufficient funds on the clients credit card.  And then again on April 18th, 2017 for the same reason.

Upwork has tried to contact the client on several occasions but have received zero response.
Upwork provided contact information to me for the client and I have also not been able to get a hold of him.

Anyone have any suggestions on the next step? Has anyone been in this same scenario?

Please help!

If your client's payment method was verified when you did the work and you properly tracked and noted your hours, Upwork will pay you if the client doesn't make good. Otherwise, there is likely nothing you can do.
