Unresponsive Clients, What should I do?

my job succes rate is already A**. So to avoid making it worse, What do i do, It's been like a month since the last milestone completed, We have 3 more. Just need her to send videos and no response through the messages. We also get along very well, she just fell off the face of the planet.

Forget about this client for now, and get on with some other work. She'll get in touch again if and when she wants you to proceed. The inactive job won't hurt your JSS because you've already been paid for a milestone. I often have jobs inactive for 6 months or more, and they've never hurt my JSS.
