Hello,
I don't know If someone could help me with this matter because Upwork account security doesn't help me with this ticket number 27205923. What on earth that you investigate this case for about 21 days???? What happen upwork account security team? Upwork management where are you???? You still hold my money for the total of $1165?? I need my money back and FYI I worked for that money in hourly contract where is the hourly protected policy???
Hope someone could send this to a higher management.
