Unresponsive client for years, I'm ending small contract but the received payment is mising

I had a job a long time ago, but I decided to end the contract because the client was very unresponsive whenever I tried to discuss ending the contract, now it seems the frozen payment which are supposed to be in my balance are missing, seems like i work for nothing, you can see my withdrawal history, there's none from this job yet. am I missing something here?
