Unresponsive client in a funded milestone - Will a dispute affect my JSS?

I have a contract where the client has not responded for the past one month since the delivery of work. I have made several requests, but to no avail.

I am not sure if I can get the money which is funded.

However, I am unsure if a dispute affects my JSS.

Can you please help me?

If the job is funded you are supposed to receive the money automatically after 15 days of delivery with or without answer from the client. It happened to me as well.

Edited: actually after you submit your work if there is an answer from the client asking for revision within those 15 days then the countdown to receive the funds stops.

Each time you use the Upwork system to submit work to a client on a fixed price project milestone, the 14-day countdown for automatic payment by Upwork starts.

If you re-submit the work during the original 14-day review period, the clock re-starts and the 14-day countdown begins again.

Is it possible this is what has happened to you?

With or without answer?

Not exactly.

If there IS NO answer... then, yes, you get the payment after 14 days.

But if the client uses his client-side interface to "request changes," then that would put the ball back in your court. That stops the clock.

I just realised that I have resuibmitted the work requests every twleve days thrice till now, 

I will wait for 14 days in the review and hope to receive the money. Thanks a lot for your help.
