Unsupported Payment Method in Turkey

I live in Turkey and I'm not 18 yet. So i don't have Payoneer account.

As Paypal isn't supported in Turkey i can't use it.

Are there another method for being paid?

It doesn't matter, as you are not allowed to work on Upwork until you're 18.
