I'm a top-rated freelancer, however, since April of last year, I haven't been doing much on Upwork. Maybe 1 or 2 payments here, a running contract which I ended recently.
I don't know what my visibility is on upwork. Judging from the fact that I haven't gotten any invites in the past year (even though I used to get 2-3 every week), I'm not really sure what's happening. When I try contacting support for profile visibilty, this shows up:
