Unsure why success rate is not 100% on proposal Preferred qualifications

Hello, 

I am applying to a UK client as I am also from the UK. I am new to this site. It is 'photo-edit +Touch ups ', a skill I have successfully completed on 3 recent projects with 5 stars. (The only projects I have done). Do you know why it is showing 'you do not meet this qualification'. This is really irritating! Any ideas please? This work is so easy to me! 

I was born and educated in the UK, I  should I just put fluent. I'm not sure why I have to be bilingual to do photo retouching. I assume they are from the UK. Best regards Julian

Hi Julian,

You don't have a JSS yet, but it sounds like you'll get there soon! Not all projects and clients are equal, so the time it takes to get a JSS varies. In order to get a JSS, you need to complete:

• Projects with 2 (or more) different clients
• 4 (or more) different contracts within 24 months
