Hi guys,
it is my first time working on an hourly project. I am using the UpWork App to record the time but suddenly it stopped updating. Currently, there are around 20-30 minutes not recorded. I tried clearing the cache, restarting the app, etc. - everything the bot advised me to do but it is still not updating.
What should I do?

Could you also try reinstalling the Desktop app by downloading it again from here?
If you`re still experiencing the same problem after this, please submit a support ticket directly from the Desktop app. You can do this by clicking on the Settings Cog > Support & Feedback.
This way your logs will be included as well and our team will assist you further. Thank you.

This will permanently delete any time in the app's cache, as well as any error logs, so doing this before creating a ticket means the logs will not contain much...

Hi Petra,
Yes that is correct. However, Victoria has already confirmed that she cleared the cache on the app. When the cache is cleared any time in cache mode will be lost and that is the reason why I suggested for the app to be reinstalled. Thank you.
