Could you please try exiting the App, then delete the folder
~/Library/Application Support/Upwork and then re-launch the App? It will ask you to log in again. Please, let us know if the issue persists after that.
Could you clarify if you're not able to open the Desktop app at all or you're experiencing another problem? Could you also share more details about your operating system as well? Thank you.
I'm also having this issue on Garuda Linux, I can open messages but the hour tracker is not showing at all. Also when I try to create a support ticket it keeps loading and becomes unresponsive.
