Updated Job Posting

I noticed im not gettig the most recent updated jobs on here. My friend will get them,and I wont see it at all.  Its frustrating because all my hashtags match the clients/project that I can't ever see. I can see them if someone sends me the link.I would like to be able to see them on my upwork jobs feed. How can this be fixed or explained?
