Upgrade Issue

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade my freelancer account, however upwork is rejecting the payment. How do I get around this issue?

Hi Misha, 

You can update your name on your account by going to your Contact Info page (Settings > Contact Info) so that it matches the details on your payment method. 

You may need to prepare documents as proof of your name-change, in case the system requests you to upload a document to verify your identity.

Thank you for the response.

I have already changed my name on the account, it is under riview at the moment and so far I haven't been asked to furnish any verifying document.

I just hope the whole process gets done fast as my productivity is being hampered 🙂
