I am trying to upgrade my membership for my account so I can hopefully land more jobs and be noticed more but it will not allow me to. The button remains greyed out and it says the action is not able to be completed because of "continued subscription renewals."

Hi Marissa,
Your membership billing cycle starts on the 14th of every month and ends on the 13th. Since your membership cycle is about to renew, you will need to wait for it to complete the subscription renewals before you can upgrade your membership.
