Upload failed

I am currently having an issue with file uploads. Everytime I try to upload my attachments(.pdf) to apply for a role, I get an "Upload failed" error message. 

I have switched browsers and reset my network connection, all to no avail.

I'm currently using upwork (web app) on my phone.

Please how do I resolve?

Hello Andrea. I am experiencing the same problem. I don't have any problems with uploading when proposing on a computer. However, I am getting an "upload failed" error on the phone (mobile application and browser both).

Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please try clearing the cache for your Upwork app and clearing the cache and browsing history on your mobile browser? Please let us know if the issue persists so we can further assist you.
