Upwork API Verification link is incorrect

Hello,

I want to use Upwork API for my app and follow documentation by this link. At the begining I have to register my app (Getting started => Register my app), but when I open it I get the message 'Verification link is incorrect'. The issue behind it is unclear, it should be open for everyone.

Could you please help me to manage it out?
