Hello i get an Upwork Access Denied every time i try to open the jobs or apply to one i have to click a button before entering i don't know what is the issue it says the cookies but not sure,i tried a different browser still the same issue.Thank you

I took a closer look at your account and can confirm that there's no restriction in it so this should not be the case. I also tried and wasn't able to replicate the issue you're describing. I am also getting the same error, "Access denied, This job is private and can only be viewed by admitted freelancers" when i click on the jobs

Could you try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to submit a proposal? Please keep in mind that your profile name needs to be your full legal name as well. Thank you.

Could you please send me a private message with the link to the job post you're referring to so I can check? Please keep in mind that if a client changed the visibility of their job post and you've saved it beforehand, you may still be able to see it but not apply.
