Upwork Account remains suspended even after Verification

Hello, Moderator.

I've been having issues with my account for a while now. In the past, I was required to undergo an ID verification process in order to keep my account active. I was given a period of 5 days to do this but was unable to meet up with that time-frame due to work-related reasons. After finally completing the process, I received a Verified badge almost immediately. Unfortunately, my account remained suspended. I have tried to repeat the verification process, but as is seen in the screenshot attached below, I keep getting redirected to the identity verification page stating that I have been verified successfully. Please, I need assistance and information on what I need to do to get my Upwork profile activated again. Thank you in advance.
