Upwork Agency Suggestion

Not sure if this is the place to make this suggestion but I will give it a shot. I have an Upwork agency and have 10 non-exclusive freelancers in the agency. Now, when a client wants to hire one of my freelancers I send their Upowrk link for my client to click on it and hire them. I have run into many issues where the client, inadvertently,  hired my freelancer direct bypassing the agency completely. This creates a lot of issues and embarrassment having to go to the client and asking them to rehire the person through my agency.  What if we could have an agency exclusive URL link for the non-exclusive freelancer in our team that we can send to our clients with confidence and not worry whether or not they get hired through our agency?
