Any Hire is for clients who have found you on their own talent, outside of Upwork. You may also have a profile on Upwork, but as long as they found you independently, you can still work for them through Any Hire. Any Hire helps classify work and workers and meet each country’s legal requirements — such as whether you can work as independent talent or as a payrolled employee, and other compliance issues. It also helps you onboard and get paid. Note that Any Hire is currently in beta. You can read more about this here.
