I'm trying to start the app so I can track work for an hourly client, but it won't let me log in. I get a message that says "An unknown error has occurred." I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset my password (so I know it's correct), and did everything else I can think of. Can anyone offer technical support? I can't start the client project without this. Thanks!

I should also add that I'm unable to open a support ticket or request further help through upwork, so the community discussion is my only hope to get help with this issue. Thank you!
