Upwork App Not Working

Why my Upwork App doesn't open? I tried redownloading, uninstalling/reinstalling. When I checked my task manager, it's running, but it's not opening. When I open it, I click "Next" until the last slide which is "Got it". Then after that, it just disappeared and never show up again.

Tracking app still not allowing log in.

Tried to redownload a new version. Via chrome the page just keeps redirecting to main community page.
