I decided to upgrade my membership plan into a Plus. I added my MasterCard with a different name from my Upwork account then when I proceed to pay, it is saying that payment is unsuccessful. Then I checked again and it is saying that the payment was declined. But when I checked the balance of the card, Upwork charged me $14.99 but it is not reflecting on my Upwork account.
