Anyone here who got a long term client for years and suddenly when client account has to change payment method, they're back to having a 20% upwork fees while previously they already at 5%? And th only answer I am getting is because the system cannot associate it to the same client since they have a new billing method. Not fair for freelancers cause anytime that could happen to our long-term client. Having to change card and account.
