Frustrated freelancers like me are speaking out about unresponsive clients on Upwork. Many job posts receive numerous applications, yet clients seem to vanish. No hires, no feedback, not even a glance at the proposals.
This lack of communication wastes freelancers' time and valuable Connects. We understand things get busy, but a simple response goes a long way.
Upwork should revise their job policy as connects are expensive now. I know connects are worthfull but if clients don't hire anyone or don't look at their job posts even after a week then its a huge problem to be raised.
Let's make Upwork a platform where both freelancers and clients thrive through respectful communication.
