I am currently applying for a loan locally and the company is asking for an email address of my agency (upwork). What email should I give?

Upwork does not act as an employer or otherwise engage you, we are not able to provide you with a Certificate of Employment. If you have a long-term client on Upwork or work with an agency, you can contact them to see if they can provide you with the documentation you're looking for. That said, you can access the Certificate of Earnings with the information about Upwork and your earnings. Many freelancers use it when applying for a loan.
