Upwork Desktop application not working for me. AFter instralling my upwork desktop time tracking is not opening for me. and the Link "http://lb.prod.agate.odesk.com/ab/downloads?source=FirstContractPopup" is not working for me. Please provode a solution for me.

I have had several issues back and forth regarding my desktop Upwork tracker. Finally through a "work around", because my computer was sitting "idle" as I was taking notes and listening to an online meeting. My screen shots were not being taken for my time spent.
After all the back and forth and being educated on the 10 min increment time captures, my Upwork Customer Service Representative told me and I quote! "IT IS EASY TO CHEAT THE SYSTEM!"
Oh my gosh, can you imagine??????? Upworrk you have some serious issues if people are able to Cheat your system!!!!!
