Upwork Exchange Rate

Is there a way to view the exchange rates that Upwork uses? I'm in a position where I don't need to immediately withdraw my funds from Upwork. I'd like to be more discerning with when I withdraw my funds so that I could potentially do so when the exchange rate is a little bit higher to minimise my losses. Is that possible?

Unless the amount is large, it wouldn't make much difference.  Upwork bank gives very poor exchange rate.  You can estimate the money you will get by looking at mid market rate on Google and subtracting about 2.5%
