Upwork Fee Percentage

Good Morning. 

I have earned more than $500 thus far on Upwork but am 20% of my fees are still being deducted.

Should that not have dropped to 10% once I had exceeded the $500 threshold?

My last two jobs have both been incorrectly calculated.

As a freelancer, you’re charged a sliding fee based on your lifetime billings with each non-Enterprise client. Please keep in mind that these earnings are per client and not your total earnings. To learn more about our freelancer service fees, check out this Help Article. Thank you.
