Upwork Fee

Hi,

It is my first time reaching $10,000.00 earning on a client and I saw that if the earnings for a particular client reached $10,00.00 or higher that fee will be reduced to 5% only. But when I checked on how much is the fee deducted to me it is still 10%. I already earned $10k+ for that client and yet the fee is still at 10%.

Any suggestions on how or who to talk about it? Thanks!

No need to speak to anyone, it will update automatically if the contract is eligible.

Your client wouldn't be an Enterprise client, would they? Because it stays at 10% with Enterprise clients.
