Upwork Fees for Enterprise Clients

I know there is the 20-10-5% scale for billing clients.  Does this scale differ with enterprise clients?

To be precise, that scale is not for billing clients, but for fees that the freelancer pays on his earnings.

Yes, Contracts with Enterprise clients are always at 10%
