Upwork Freelancer Plus |How much does it impact the profile visibility in search results for client?

 Hi,
I'm new here, and was exploring the Upwork Freelancer Plus membership plan. It was mentioned that plus members get hired 50% more than the basic users. I wanted to ask if the premium plan makes your profile more prominent in search results or in what ways, the plus members observe a higher hiring rate. 

Need an opinion of an existing plus member user.

From my experience it does nothing.  UW's statistics are all specious - Plus Members are more likely to apply to more jobs and to be more active on the platform (compared to the many, many casual, infrequent free users) so of course that group is going to get hired more.  The variable of Plus or Non Plus isn't what makes the difference.

Please don't waste your money on Freelancer Plus or be fooled by Upwork's continuous banners encouraging freelancers to pay with connects for various options. I tried Plus for a few months, and it made no difference. Unfortunately, it's all just a money-making scam by Upwork. You joined to make money, so give it time before you part with your money and get no return.

AD say the true. Noone hiring me after site died, so 50% more is 0 * 1.5 = 0. 😸

I used Plus before price increased. It was useless at all.

From benefits you can see the bid range, get shortlink for your profile and will be able to spam client with AI-generated text. Also your profile wont be dropped to "private" with inactivity. If you need that then you can buy.
