Upwork Freelancer in the Netherlands?

Are there any freelancers in the Netherlands? I am planning to move to the Netherlands and I just want some advice and tips on how freelancers work in the Netherlands. I understand that you have to file for a ZZP and there are certain conditions as well. I would appreciate if you share your experience and tips.
