Upwork ID Fiscal in Mexico

My bookkeeper in Mexico is asking for the ID Fiscal for upwork and the address..  Can someone please provide this information for me.

Hi Paul,

You can find the address of Upwork's Global Headquarters here. It's 2625 Augustine Dr., Suite 601 Santa Clara, CA 95054. As for the ID, are you referring to Upwork's FEIN? If so, then it's 13-4241242

i have a question regarding my taxes in Mexico. I already put my Rfc but my accountant is asking me for a report 

is there such thing ? 
Or how does this work? 
do I have to go to sat and tell them and report my impuestos ?
