Upwork Job Problem

I am new on Upwork. I did two jobs and got very good feedback from my client. But I'm not getting any new jobs. I can not understand why I am not getting another job. I am a web designer and WordPress Customizer. Would anyone advise me, how can I get new work?

Build on your portfolio between clients, send more proposals and send better proposals. Use time on them and don't copy paste the same text to all of the clients.
