We have an open dispute on which me and my client resolved the issue already.Dispute is handled by the mediation team.Client has requested many times to close the dispute after resolving issue with me.I have also informed the dispute team on ticket that issues are resolved and client has accepted the work so please close the dispute.
But we are not getting any response from the mediation team.Its been almost 48 hours that me and client are requesting them to close the dispute.Please note my financial accont has been suspended due to this investigation and i always withdraw money at the end of month so right now i am not able to withdraw money from upwork.What can we do ? I contact CS team via chat many times and they said they can only send the follow up message to the dispute team.But looks like not getting response from dispute team.

Stop bothering Chat and creating more tickets, they can't do anything.
Chances are your account was suspended because you failed to respond to the dispute.
All you can do is wait, 48 hours is not a long time, it is the Christmas break.
The disputes are worked on in order, yours will be addressed when it is its turn.

Hi Abdul. Do not worry about the response. May be Upwork CS has slowed down due to Christmas holidays.
