Upwork Membership Plus Plan

Hye Everybody, 

I am just curious that whether Upwork Membership Plan really worth it? 

Does it shows correct insights to the bidding range? 

Does Upwork really promotes your profile if you are getting invited more recently?

Hi,

   I have used the freelancer plus previously. Primary reason I picked up the membership was due to the reason it offer 80 connects per month & if you purchase the similar amount of connect than you are more or less paying the same.  Another advantage was to know the bid range which other bidders were putting across.

It has other feature which you can have a review at Freelancer Plus

I do not feel it is worth it, most of us are going to give it a try at least once. It can be useful if you want to keep your earnings private, but again keeping earnings private is also not recommended. 

As for the bid range, I did not find it useful. It just shows a range of Hihg - Avg and Low bids, something like this: 

The cost of 80 connets is $12 and the premium membership cost is $15, so you are paying $3 extra to get the bid range, personalized profile link, and keeping earnings private. 

None of it actually made any sense to me...so instead I get 100 connects for $15!

I tried it for a couple of months when it was new.  I didn't find any benefit to it at all.
