Upwork Messaging Problem Yesterday

Did anyone else have a problem sending and receiving messages via the project messaging system yesterday?

I couldn't use it most of yesterday afternoon and when it did appear to be working late in the day New York time I sent a message and attached file to a client that I have just been told was never received.

Sounds like a normal, run of the mill problem.  

Not to belittle your problem. I've seen that issue a few times, and it's been reported many, many times over the 10 years I have been on Upwork.

Tl:dr: The Upwork Message Center is buggy, has been buggy, and probably will remain buggy
