Upwork Mobile App.

I have a problem with my Upwork mobile app. I have an andriod smart phone. I cannot read some messeges (Not every messege) in upwork mobile app.

Error ''Something's wrong, Couldn't complete your request''

But I can read them in my Upwork desktop app and the website.

How can I fix this?

I tried uninstalling the app and re-installing it. But still having the error. (Check the attachment)Screenshot_20170815-103752.png

Could you please share with us your phone's model, operating system, and network provider so that we can share this with the team when creating a report for your issue.

Yes but only for this client. 

Phone model : Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus

OS : Android 7.0 Nougat

NSP : Sri Lanka Telecom PLC (Wifi)

          Etisalat Sri Lanka ( Mobile SIM card)

I can't access any of my messages on the app. I haven't been able to do so for a few weeks.

What error are you getting when trying to access the App? Does the issue persist when you restart the App or uninstall and re-install it again?

I really like the iPhone app.  I wish there was an iPad version.  I installed the iPhone version on the iPad.  It's OK but obviously the text is huge and it only works in portrait not landscape mode.

I had the same error. I just restarted my phone and after that everything worked as usual.

Hi Eric, 


I wanted to check if the screen grab you attached is from the mobile site, or the mobile app? Have you also tried restarting your mobile app, or reinstalling it on your phone?
