I got an email today from Upwork. So I want to know. Is it for my account. Did I break any Terms of services or something else or I should ignore this?

Hi Hitesh,
The notification you're referring to is for the job post you have submitted the proposal to. It was taken down because it was in violation of Upwork TOS. I've checked and Connects were already refunded to you for this job. You can check this under your Connect History.
