Hi guys. Merry Christmas.

Just a random quick question. I'm Top-Rated and I already qualify for faster payments. 1:00 AM, Friday, UTC Time Zone already passed but I didn't receive my funds yet.

Facts:

• I refunded a certain amount to my client because it was an overpayment a few days ago.
• I usually receive my funds on a Friday. This is different.
• This is a Weekly Retainer contract which started on December 14, 2020.

Any idea when I'll receive my funds? I have no idea why my funds are still in Pending. Thanks.

In general, in order for an hourly payment to be released on Friday to a Top Rated freelancer, the payment has to be successful and not disputed on the client's side by the time we need to process it for Faster Payouts. If there are any issues at that point, it can't be released early. Sometimes clients' payment methods decline at first, this gets resolved quickly and we are able to charge them successfully during a later attempt. You will receive a notification if there are further issues with the contract.
