View competitor bids for any job

Customize your profile URL

for 4th, so can I see view other freelancer's proposal when I send the proposal?

and other freelancer can see my proposals on his job?

No, you won't be able to see the other proposals, this is not possible on Upwork. All you can see is a bid range like this:
