Upwork Plus Membership Renewal

Hi there, 

I am a freelancer having UpWork plus membership (billing cycle 9th July to 8th August). Membership renewal was due on 8th August which has not been renewed yet. 

I have sufficient balance in my account for membership renewal fee.

Could you please tell me what's the problem?

I checked and it looks like today is the first day of your new cycle and your membership plan should be renewed today.

Please allow more time for your membership to update correctly. If it's not updated within the next couple of hours let us know and we will assist you further.
