I have a membership Plus plan under the billing cycle of 15th Aug ~ 15th October'20.
I expected the membership would renew on its own, or least notify me to renew the plan but I'm not getting any option or notification about it.
Could you please help me know, why it has not been updated or notified yet.
Your new billing cycle should start today, please be patient for a few hours. Once your billing method is charged you will receive the connects for our Plus plan as well.
Also, would like to confirm that the membership plan will renew automatically. Thank you.
