Upwork Profile Name Doesn't Match Bank Account Name

Good evening, I have an issue where my Upwork profile account name is different from my Local Bank Account Name.
My profile account name is: Daniel Simeon (which is just a name I coined from my other names) while my Bank Account Name is: Ogunwole Pelumi Simeon.
I would be happy if you can help me resolve this.

Also I am having issues with been able to submit proposal on upwork, the system keeps saying I have not updated location which is not so. My location is on my profile.
Please help me solve this too.

I checked this for you and looks like the City field under your address information is still not filled. Please, try clearing your cache and cookies and using a different browser to log in to your account and fill all the fields under your location information.
