A few days ago, I posted my problem about being refunded payment and the Upwork community gave me the correct direction on how hourly contracts work. Today, my client back and he says I paid the bill and did not get any refund from Upwork. I explain to him everything that payment was refunded from my account to him and I got nothing. After that, he says if Upwork pays the refund payment, he will give it back to me.
I don't know how this process works. Kindly help me out how can I explain to the client. Or should I have to talk to customer support so they can explain to the client about the process? Please guide me. Thank you!

One more time:
The client did NOT pay the bill. Upwork did NOT give the client a refund because you can't refund something that has never been paid in the first place.
Get your client to contact Upwork support to clear this up. They will tell him to pay you by bonus for the money you never received.
