Hi! I recently passed the Customer Service test and earned an Upwork Skill Certification. Do I have to do anything on my end or does the Certification automatically appear on my profile? If so, how long until it does? Thank you! 🙂

Hi Upwork staff,
I get message from Talent Assessment that say "Congratulations, you passed the Upwork Skill Certification! This badge is on your profile now and visible to all clients and freelancers on Upwork".

But I cannot see the badge from Upwork Skill Certification. Can you check for me ?

Hello. I am wondering what is the procedure to see the certification? I did the python-backend certification and recently got an email saying I've passed. However the certification is not appearing on my profile, and also the links I received in the email on the help and quick survey are not opening. I keep getting: "The core node you are trying to access was not found, it may have been deleted. Please refresh your original page and try the operation again."

Unfortunately, you cannot request to be invited to complete a skill certification. For the best chance of being invited, we suggest you achieve a solid reputation, keep a complete and up-to-date profile that is not set to private, and maintain an active Upwork account in good standing. Completing a skill certification in your primary field is required before applying to our Talent Scout program.

I have 3D modeling upwork skill sertification. Today i was searching the another freelancer profiles and i realized there is one freelancer and she has badge on the skill section. I attached the image. For this badge why doesnt show in my skills. Let me know please.
