Upwork Support Didn't Reponse My Request

The request (#34277712) I sent on March 12, 2022 has still not been answered. The problem was not solved either. You stated that it will be opened within 3 bussiness days. Why are you giving wrong information? That's why my profile appears to be closed to the public. When are you planning to take a look? It's really weird that you're delaying a very simple request this long.
