Hi, I am a freelancer and I've just created a client account. I received a notification: "Upwork Support has changed this membership plan to Upwork Basic." What does it mean? Did I do something wrong. My JSS dropped from 98% to 95%, is it related? Thanks.

Hi Mišo,
I can confirm that Upwork Basic is the plan you currently have for your client account, this is not related to your JSS. Is that the one you intended to have? Also, feel free to check here to learn more about the plans for client accounts.
