Upwork Support not responding

Hello
My account was suspended on 2 Feb 2017. Now I've complied with their request but I've not received any replies to the thread and it's been 3 days now !

Saumya,

 

Maybe no one from Upwork is going to respond, so I will, even though I don't work for Upwork. You have 44% Job Success because a client gave you 1.35* feedback and Upwork expects freelancers to have Job Success of at least 75%. So my advice to you is try another freelancer site.

What's wrong with customer support.

I opened a ticket asking something about Paypal-Upwork interaction and never get reply.

It's already 5th day I'm waiting for reply.

May be you know.


Is it possible to send funds from my PayPal account back to my Upwork profile? (Reason to use other witdrawal method I have in my profile here).

 

Paypal has some serious problem which they can't solve for a month now. (You won't believe how [...] support they have.) I'm in a war with them.
