What is the benefit of Top Rated expert on upwork if I just can’t get the support from upwork on time?

Hi Bojan, Glad to hear from you.

I have submitted multiple tickets to get support via email as there were no options to get support via chat or call but unlucky no one approached me yet. 

Is there anyway i can access chat to get instant support?
